What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and sanitary standards. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out — we’re happy to help resolve it.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes, all jewelry purchases are final sale. We take pride in inspecting each piece before it ships, but if something arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of delivery and send photos of the damaged jewelry to info@brooksandjems.com. 

The customer will be responsible for shipping the jewelry to brooksandjems. We will review the jewelry and send a replacement (if still in stock) or other comparable jewelry. 

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our pieces are thoughtfully curated and sourced through trusted partners. Each design is quality-checked by hand before shipping to ensure the Brooks & Jems standard is met.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?

Yes! Most of our earrings are nickel-free and lightweight, perfect for sensitive ears. If a specific pair includes different materials, it will be noted in the product description.

Do you restock sold out styles?

Some designs are limited edition and may not return once sold out. If you love something, we recommend grabbing it while you can! To stay in the loop, join our email list for restock alerts.

 Do you offer custom orders or color variations?

At this time, we do not offer customizations. However, we’re always adding new designs — follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive first looks.

How should I care for my earrings?

We recommend storing them in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water or perfumes, and gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear to maintain shine and color.
